Nepali Parliament Delegation Visits China

At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), a Nepali Parliament Delegation visited Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu from 10th to 17th August. During their stay in China, Mr. Peng Sen, Vice-Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the 12th National People's Congress, and Ambassador Ou Boqian, Vice President of CPIFA, met with the delegation. The delegation also visited China Communications Construction Company, Yangshan Port of Shanghai and Zipingba Hydropower Station. The two sides exchanged views on the China-Nepal friendly relations and cooperation, in particular the Belt and Road initiatives cooperation, as well as other issues of common interest.
