President Wu Hailong Meets with Sir Donald McKinnon
On September 6, 2017, Ambassador Wu Hailong, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs(CPIFA), met with Sir Donald McKinnon, Chairman of New Zealand China Council, former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand. Ambassador Chen Naiqing, Vice President of CPIFA, and H.E. John McKinnon, Ambassador of New Zealand to China, were present at the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on China-New Zealand relations, people-to-people exchanges, North Korean Nuclear Issue and other issues of common interest.
