From 12 to 17 November, Amb. Wu Hailong, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, visited France and Belgium. During the visit, President Wu met Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, Diplomatic Advisor to French Prime Minister Philippe, Mr. Escorcia, Deputy Director-General for the Center of Analysis, Planning and Strategy of French Foreign Ministry, Mr. Marc Fosseux, Secretary General of Fondation Charles De Gaulle, Mr. Jean-Christophe Belliard, Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service, Mr. Dimitrios Papadimoulis, Vice President of the European Parliament, Mr. David Hobbs, Secretary General of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Both sides exchanged views on furthering cooperation in the future and other issues of common concern.
