On October 21，The Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) and Global Bridges of Germany held workshop jointly in Beijing. Ms. Ambassador Ou Boqian, Vice President of CPIFA, chaired the meeting. About 30 participants from Chinese and German business and academic societies were present at the workshop. The two sides exchanged views on Global Governance and 5G Cooperation, as well as other issues of common interest. They agreed that under the current international situation, China and Germany should enhance communication and dialogue, expand cooperation in joint efforts to uphold the free international trade system and promote the stability and sustainable development of the world.
Working together with CPIFA, the Global Bridges has been organizing delegations to visit China since 2005, to promote better understanding of China’s economic and social development.
