On the afternoon of March 25 local time in San Diego, Amb. Lie Jie, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Ms. Dorotea Lòpez, Dean of Institute of International Studies in the University of Chile. They had discussions on strengthening exchanges between think tanks and advancing bilateral relations. After the meeting, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
