On August 29th, Ambassador Zou Xiaoli, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs(CPIFA), met with Media Delegation from Northwestern Federal District of Russia. Vice President Zou briefed on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. The two sides exchanged views on China-Russia relations, media cooperation and international，regional hotspot issues etc.
